I totally recommend Deel. It's a safe platform with an amazing support in case you need it. And they are very quick to respond.

I don't mean to be a pushover but I simply love it. I had some issues connecting my bank account to Deel (my own fault), but their support team didn't fail to help me. Either on the chat or even through a video call. Every one of them who reached out to me was very helpful. They gave me all the necessary support. Everything was crystal clear, they kept me posted about my money and how the transaction was going.

The first time my transaction failed it took me a couple of days to get my money back. But even then, they were pretty clear about the process and reached out to me many times and made sure my money was safe.

I think it is the best collection and payment platform in the world, the integration with Binance makes it unique, since I was able to eliminate several intermediaries. I would always choose them.

I don't find cons on the platform, I would just like to have the DEEL physical card again, and there is no estimated date on which I can request it.

As a user and as a UX Designer I appreciate how clear the web app is, every feature that I need is at hand, the experience is gast and ituitive. It surprises me how fast the money gets to the bank account that I've selected as a withdraw method.

Simple user experience. Deel is very intuitive and clear. The learning curve was really soft, it was very easy getting to know what steps I had to do.

I asked for a Deel card to make a transfer. I payed 5 dollars for it. Once I had it, I tried to make the transaction (to activate my Wise account) and wasn't allowed. I would have preferred to know that information before.

Despite the error mentioned above, it was an amazing usability experience so far, and most tasks I need to do were very simple and easy to do, as well as their support who was genuinely interested in solving my issues.

It was really easy to setup up my account, accept a contract, and manage changes, as adding a new withdrawal account or changing my account type.

Their support is also very nice and truly interested in solving your issues.

One thing that could be improved is the warning for missing docs and tax forms after you had a successfully set account. I have changed my account type, and ran a couple of months, before noticing there were a few documents pending. No errors were thrown nor displayed.

I had some issues while transferring money to my Wise account.
