The worst software we have tried
Date: May 15 2021SummaryThe rep that signed us up promised us great customer service, blah, blah, blah. I call her after a week with a question and she is totally flustered. Didn't remember me and was rather rude. It kept crashing and support couldn't figure it out. Worked only about 75% of the time.
PositiveThe marketing letters option was great to send patients like a newsletter but nothing else seemed to work well.
NegativeThe support, customer service was horrible. In a years time we had at least 5 different "reps". Canceled the service after our contract was up and still charged our credit card for 3 more months!
