We had an amazing event and could not have done it without Digitell! Although we will be returning to an in-person event next year, we have already discussed using Digitell again, in conjunction with our live event. The benefits of reaching people anywhere in the world are what we appreciated the most!

The people at Digitell were pure professionals! They were wonderful to deal with, helpful, and very kind during the planning process.
The platform was easy to use (even for someone with limited technical abilities). Any questions about the platform were answered promptly. One of their employees even offered a Zoom session to show me something that I just didn't understand.
The final production looked extremely professional! We received so many compliments about the event. People enjoyed not only the look of the production, but also the interactive piece of it, which happened live.

There was nothing about Digitell that I viewed as a con.

As the person in charge of delivering continuing education to almost 9,000 association members, I appreciate the robust products that Digitell provides. I also LOVE the customer service: I'm reasonably experienced with LMSs, but my Digitell team are friendly, supportive, helpful and very quick to respond to my requests.

We use Digitell products as our full-featured learning management system and online event platform. The options for use are practically unlimited, and the developers are very responsive to requests. The live-production aspects are top-notch.

This is not a low-end, slap-a-video-on-a-webpage-and-call-it-an-LMS product. It doesn't claim to be. It's not particularly WYSIWYG.

Our conference was successful because of the support of Digitell. We had to pivot an in-person conference to entirely virtual and the platform and support they provided allowed us to host over 400 virtual attendees over four days. The feedback from our attendees, and my own experience with other virtual meeting platforms, is that our conference was the more engaging and easier to navigate than other online conferences.

The virtual experience as an attendee is very clean and intuitive.

The virtual platform supports all parts of the conference experience and is user-friendly.

The interface on the backend isn't very intuitive and more training is needed to really be independent in using it. I would have like to be able to do more things myself rather than having to ask Digitell staff to do it for me. If more training were offered that would be helpful.

My organization has been working with Digitell to livestream events for years. During the pandemic it was great to see the investment made in enhancements and new features for their platform. I am looking forward to our next event together and the opportunity to experience them!

We were partnering on an event in March of 2020 right as the pandemic started. They were extremely flexible as we transitioned a 2 day livestreamed in person meeting in Downtown DC into a condensed afternoon of programming broadcast from a makeshift studio in our HQ conference room. With about 2 weeks lead time and daily touch base calls, we were able to successfully engage with our community in a safe way given the developing concerns around travel and large gatherings.

In years past, some of the internal clients we serve at my organization perceived the requirement to register to access content as a barrier to participation. As the planner, my team understands this is industry standard, is an important security measure, and it additionally allows for high quality data, but it is regular feedback we received from the events we support using Digitell's platform. This feedback doesn't ultimately change our decision to continue partnering with Digitell, and I expect this feedback to lessen post-pandemic now that more people are familiar with hybrid and virtual event norms.

Couldn't be happier to be working with Digitell, they're a solid organization from top to bottom. Our webinar series has grown by leaps and bounds in no small part to the solid foundation of expertise and technology provided by the Digitell team.

We use Digitell to run and host our webinar series, and in the past have used them to live stream and capture content from our meetings. In both cases, the service we have received from Digitell is far beyond the norm -- everyone in their organization seems to have bought in to their strong customer service ethos.

Each event that we produce with Digitell runs smoothly and efficiently thanks to the dedicated team. Moreover, the staff is always more than willing to brainstorm with us and always contribute thoughtful, reasoned ideas.

Content management system is extensive and not particularly intuitive, but they are always immediately responsive to questions so it's not a huge issue.

Digitell's content management, virtual event, and hybrid event solutions are excellent. I've been working with the company for 15+ years, and I've seen the platform evolve. It's easy for end-user, easy for administrators, and the Digitell team is a dream to work with. They approach projects and events collaboratively, wanting to see their clients succeed. My clients' 2020 virtual events were successful for many reasons, but Digitell's support and execution of our virtual events was a huge part of that success!

I like that the platform makes our captured content easy to market and sell. I also love the virtual event platform and the opportunities for engagement it provides to attendees. The platform is intuitive for our users as well!

I can't think of anything I would consider a con at this time.
