    Their service is very reliable. I've never had any problems with dropped calls or outages outside of a few rare instances (related to my internet).
    Their prices are very reasonable. I've saved a lot of money since switching to Digivoice.
    Their customer support is excellent. I've always been able to get help when I need it, and they've always been very friendly and helpful, never put on hold or transferred around.
    They offer a variety of features that are perfect for my business. I use their VoIP service, SMS service, and eFax service, and they've all been very helpful.
    I LOVE the mobile app!! I can run my whole business form my cellphone.

    Negative

    Their website can be a bit slow at times, especially when running big reports.
    Sometimes the mobile app has connection issues when I have poor cell service.
