    I've used this basically my whole career and it's good, but not great. I'd definitely look around for other products before going with this.

    When security is important, DocuSign shines. Works well across platforms and on mobile, which makes signing on the go very easy.

    Negative

    While it does the basics well, it still feels like a product built 10-15 years ago. Have also run into bugs where it won't cc the proper parties once a document is executed

    Good software that needs a few improvements to become perfect.
    It's also pricey compare to other similar products on the market.
    Customer service is great and responsive.

    Multiple different signatures by different users.
    Ease of use - easy to upload documents and get them signed.
    Email attachments - documents can be sent as email attachments.
    Email reminders.

    Negative

    Has a few bugs so toggling between different signatures doesn't always goes smoothly.
    Very Pricey.
