Painful experience for the past 5 years. I really wanted to give them a chance and to make it work. After I lost a whole website and email account, I am tired and disappointed to the point of moving everything to another provider.

A lot of good features and potential.
Easy to use but limited access to the backend.
Good pricing although a few features no longer free or included in the packages.

1. Billing page doesn't correspond to the amounts on PayPal.
2. Automatic billing suddenly stopped working during my vacation, no notifications sent, which led to the loss of a website and adjacent email account. That was 30% of my business, gone without any possibility of recuperation
3. SSL certificate not working and no longer free (even when it was free, I had to call at least once a month to get it running again, it would stop working randomly). I purchased the SSL certificate and after nearly 3 weeks of discussions with tech support, it was still not working.
4. Unreliable tech support, often inexperienced and although very courteous and saying that they did the changes in the backend, the problems still persisted
5. Problems with Google Workspace email automatic replies - for two years they didn't work and I had to figure out myself what the issue was to get the tech support to make the changes
I could go on, but I will just say that it is too bad that so many things are not working with this provider.

Every time I complain and I hear the same story for past one year that it's in their pipeline to upgrade but with no dates.

My company is their customer for few years. Like their unlimited hosting , email etc. They need to introduce C Panel to their product.

PHP 8.0 has been released for over two years but there is no commitment from domain.com to upgrade to PHP 8.0. We are having issue upgrading our website contents.
