My experience with DreamzCMMS has been positive. It significantly enhances our work efficiency and is a reliable tool for maintaining comprehensive records of past tasks.

DreamzCMMS effectively manages all our current, past, and future tasks, keeping them well-organized and easily accessible. I can effortlessly assign tickets to multiple staff members across various facilities and monitor their progress whenever necessary. The mobile app ensures swift ticket reception, allowing me to enter tickets even when I'm away from my desk. I particularly value the diverse search options for accessing historical data and find the scheduler feature beneficial for planning future or ongoing tasks.

The inability to edit comments in tickets is a limitation. Staff members assigned to multiple buildings can only view tickets for one facility at a time. The delayed status feature hasn't functioned optimally for us, failing to switch over to "new" status on the specified date.

I'm so happy with DreamzCMMS. It has swiftly emerged as our maintenance department's most popular tool.

Simple to set up and use. Both desktop and mobile versions are very user-friendly and perform incredibly well for our Maintenance team. Making the switch to DreamzCMMS is simple because of the friendly and accommodating customer support team and the integration team of DreamzCMMS.

It takes some time to fully understand all of the features and power of DreamzCMMS software, just like any other.

With DreamzCMMS in operation, our ability to efficiently handle tasks and inventory has significantly improved, providing a clearer outlook for the future. This efficiency allows us more time to dedicate to other important endeavors. After establishing preventive maintenance schedules, users can log in to examine the PM calendar, providing insights into the scheduled tasks for the current day, the next day, and the upcoming week.

DreamzCMMS stands out with its innovative and straightforward logic. Creating a bill of materials is a straightforward process. Whether it's adding new components to assets or removing old ones, the system makes it easy. Reassigning duties and reissuing work orders are also uncomplicated tasks.

One thing I'd like to see added is tool check out programs and more place choices. Other than that, it's a great program.

Overall, the RFID functionality and integration support have been outstanding. Customer service is, as usual, extremely responsive.

It's simple to use and ideal for small workshops like ours. We can now scan thousands of assets in record time. RFID scanners enable efficient inventory management through bulk scans.

There really isn't much that I dislike about DreamzCMMS. You can still improve the reporting dashboard.

Generally positive and worth a look, I have been using the CMMS for two years now. An extremely robust and user-friendly CMMS application. Maintaining our customer assets and scheduled preventative maintenance has been fantastic.

Ability to set asset bin locations and mapping, supporting preventative maintenance, support response times are good, user experience is relatively straight forward.

User Interface could be a bit more modern and refined.

The team finds it easy to use system, which is continuously used for Production and Maintenance Team . Thank you for the support during the implementation phase in our plant

We primarily use the Preventive Maintenance system from DreamzCMMS. The Nested PM feature has benefited us with the tasks of managing only a single PM. I can now add labour tasks to a nested activity also.

There are lot of good features but if we can get the option to sort the files we are uploading our work will become more easier

Our Technicians can now use tablets while working, so they can keep track of repairs and follow procedures in real time. We also get more visibility. Thank you DreamzCMMS team.

My technicians' tasks are now more visible and accessible to me. I can simply send real-time mobile notifications and alerts to the technicians at work.

We need few more custom reporting which we have asked for. Hopefully we will get them quick.

Overall, this is a good product for daily use. Our property details are now easily accessible to my maintenance team thanks to the consolidation of all asset and maintenance data in a single location.

Visible and User friendly Dashboards. Also the feature to work offline from remote location is a huge help to my team.

I have not found any disadvantage at this moment. I am using the Asset Management module.

It's easy to use the work orders. I also like DreamzCMMS's ongoing development and feature extension!

The custom reports and the in-depth analytics are excellent features that we are regularly using to get an overview of our team performance.

DreamzCMMS needs to add more visuals so it can be more interactive.

The automated flow of Work orders through our system is remarkable. Having a digital flow to go through previous repairs as well as see what is coming up has given us a significant advantage now.

Support has been excellent in setting up our Maintenance System. Dashboards and Custom Reports are spotless. Your customer service team is extremely responsive.
