    Summary

    I strongly recommend ELMA365 if you are looking for CRM that provides customer databases, pipelines and lead management. The tech support is helpful, too, if you have any questions.

    Positive

    The platform is very intuitive, you can start working in it right away without much training. Regular users do not need training at all. With every release, ELMA adds new features and improves the old ones. I am happy to say that our demands for specific tools are satisfied quite fast. The platform is great for collaboration between staff: tasks, projects, deadlines, reminders, to-do lists, automated workflows, calendar, substitutions.

    Negative

    I can’t say anything negative about the service, because in our case it helped us improve the processes, especially in acquiring new clients. All the tools work together to create a system that helps the business do things better. Also, it’s a good thing that the developers are constantly adding new capabilities to the system, making it more rich and convenient each time.

    In our company, we use ELMA for construction, assembling, and welding processes, assigning different tasks to different departments.
    We managed to set up a convenient communication space for all the departments. It includes tasks, messages, reports and files.

    We use ELMA for all the departments, including the assembly line management. It is simple yet illustrative when it comes to control of due dates, and we are able to complete the production cycle and deliver our product without any delays.

    It would be great to have a wider range of available access permissions, for example, depending on the status of an app.

    Great tool for everyday operations

    It provides access to external users for the portal. It's really convenient for documents management when working with clients and counterparties.
    The platform has pre-built approval of documents, which makes it simple to start working right away.

    I like the interface, too, its rather modern and user-friendly. I didn't have much difficulties when I first started to work in ELMA.

    It satisfies all our business needs. We manage tasks, track the progress of operations, monitor statuses. All of the departments are included in this platform, which makes the communication much easier.The sales department uses automated pipelines, which is pretty convenient.

    User-friendly and intuitive, even when it comes to designing process diagrams. Is easily adapted to the industry and projects. It is not limited by the area of business and can be used in all of the departments. The mobile app is pretty handy, so communication with your team never stops.

    It allows you to do very complex things, but they are not done as easily as we expected. Some ideas might require programming skills.

    Summary

    Our firm is not that big, we are only about 50 people, and we are not even using all of the features that ELMA provides. A larger company could indeed benefit a lot from those features, though.
    What we also like about the platform - and what contributed to our decision to choose ELMA among others - is a great mobile app. A lot of our employees are almost always out of the office, traveling between construction sites, and carrying a laptop around isn’t at all convenient. A mobile app on your phone works much better.

    )We have been using ELMA for more than two years, and I can tell you that our sales reps, accountants, engineers and procurement specialists are now demonstrating much higher efficiency in their work. It is extremely helpful that the system is user-friendly and intuitive, there really is no trouble setting it up!

    I am a system administrator, and in my opinion that is one of the main advantages of any software. A person with no technical background can open it in their browser and start working immediately.

    What else I really like: monitoring of all the processes and a transparent route for creating, approving and reviewing documents such as agreements.
    The secretaries say that it is very convenient for working with incoming and outgoing documents..
    There is always someone accountable for any request we receive from our clients, which is extremely important in a company that does design and construction work so that every object is finished on time.
    I would also like to point out that the technical support is pretty good. People at ELMA are always there to help, so any technical problems are easily solved (not to say there were many, almost none in the last few months.)

    Negative

    The processes that are more complex need a more complex logic to be implemented. You cannot do that without programming skills. So the analysts will need to communicate with the programmers, which means spending more of your resources on automation.
