I have disputed charges with my CC. I urge everyone to stay away from this company-we will never recommend them after this scammy debacle!

It does seem to be very versatile, however, the billing glitch and subsequent customer service, or lack of, more than make this a very undesirable product.

Supposed to be a 7 day free trial! Not true. 10 minutes after I installed software, tried to print a simple document-was prompted to pay $99 in order to print. At this point, they had me-I paid so that I could print. The kicker is-When I tried to print again, It prompted me for payment again. Thinking the first payment failed I ok'd the next payment. Come to find out, this time they charged me $245! And what's even better-I still could not print!! System prompted me for another payment! I immediately Uninstaller and reached out to customer service and have gotten the same one-around response that others here describe.

Sadly, the app doesn't work on phones or tablets at the moment, and I had to turn on my computer for it when I used the tablet for work, which was quite a hassle. At the same time, EdrawMax often appears after the problem of saving failure, which makes me very angry.
