PositiveIn the beginning, I really like the team that we were working with, and felt that they truly cared about my brand and bringing something to the table with SMS messaging. They had an ROI guarantee that was a great hook.
NegativeIt was all downhill from there. After about a year on the platform, our attentive team was replaced by one who really could care less. They seemed hyper focused on getting us to send as many text messages as possible without regard for whether it would bring a return on the very high cost of sending so many messages. I also found out that they took our entire previous SMS list of 17,000 people and uploaded it to our Emotive account , including those who had opted out.
