    Summary

    Overall, as a user I have been very impressed about the product and how easy to is to use. I hope that is the same for the admins who are putting all of the information in.

    Positive

    As a user I really like how this software makes it so easy to sign up for my year benefits. Normally that time of year can be stressful for employees as they try to figure out what they want to do for the upcoming benefits. But, thanks to this software I am given easy steps and helpful instructions on what to select for my benefits.

    Negative

    I only use it once a year and this is my second year, so I haven't found any problems yet, but that could also be because I don't use too often.
