    The reporting platform is good for anything from positive feedback to reporting serious issues. It can be accessible only to employees or even to customers, which is amazing. FaceUp helps us to constantly improve our management style and communication through what we learn from the suggestions we receive.

    FaceUp gives us a space to continuously build trust and strong community. We have also conducted surveys about employees’ satisfaction, and it turns out FaceUp helps improving it.

    We needed a platform that would ensure our key values are being maintained. FaceUp does that for us perfectly. No one is worried about coming to the HR with a concern, instead everyone knows they can safely and discreetly confide in us.
