However, Facebook does not respect your privacy. It sells your data and spies on you. The worst part is that Facebook censors users with different ideology from its owners. For example, I was blocked from posting on FB 5 times for 30 days last year only and each time for 100% truthful content under false pretext of misinformation. I have PhD. and do research for life - there was no misinformation on my part, just plain fascism on part of Facebook.

Overall, Facebook is a huge platform for people to meet new people and connect with them. It has a lot of unique features on which you can spend your time.
