I would recommend all church leaders at least take a look perhaps even test drive a demo. I think you will be impressed. But definitely make contact with the support team. For the price, you will not find a better use of God's money. FaithTeams is not a service provider, but a ministry partner!

FaithTeams was simple to get started. We did lots of comparing products and FaithTeams was hands down the most affordable with tons of options only offered by the much pricier options. And I cannot say enough about the support team. They did not just advise or explain, they actually created some of the content so that we had something to get started and then provided detailed videos to help us learn to manage everything on our own. Could not have asked for more!

Seemed complicated, but support remedied that! It lags on a few options offered by those we found to be our of our price range, but the FaithTeams staff continues to roll more and more of these out and with no price increase. So, this is only a con if you are a very large church (2000+ members) requiring your CMS to be a one-stop shop for everything.

Faith Teams is perfect for the church who is looking for an affordable management system to effectively manage and track each area of their church. My personal favorite tool is the automated follow up system. This helps ensure that we connect and follow up with every guest who attends our church! I’m also able to track the involvement of our church members through the event check-in feature!

I love that Faith Teams is affordable, easy to use, takes the guess work out of guest follow-up, and I can manage our serve teams, small groups and contributions all in the same database.

There aren’t any cons that come to mind. Everything is satisfactory.

My overall experience has been satisfactory. The groups and tags and custom fields features has made the software capable of accommodating our data needs and the administrative functions have enabled us to manage our data access well.

Faith Teams provides a fast moving, user-friendly interface that allows for all of the main functions of a data management software at an affordable price. It also has some dynamic features such as "groups and tags" and follow ups.

Faith Teams has a few glitches in the software and the personal information data fields need to be expanded and it needs to accommodate for more international locations. We had to create a lot of custom fields. Also it would be nice if the financial information could be tied to an accounting software such as QuickBooks or a bank account directly. Also it would be good to be able to limit by group which people one can access and give individual accounts access over only certain groups of people while having "group leader" status.

Wonderful! I've greatly enjoyed using this product and have encouraged other small congregations to consider using this product.

The customer support is prompt. The team responds quickly when we need to import data.

The group text/email component seems a bit antiquated - Needs a bit of an update (Needs more features like One Call Now).

Overall, I have had a great experience with this Faith Teams. It has been a tremendous software to use with minimal hiccups in operation. And anytime that I have had questions for the Support Team, they have been timely in providing the assistance I needed.

Our church has been using Faith Teams as our software for almost two years now, and it has been a tremendous blessing since. It was especially useful at the start of the Covid pandemic when we had to restrict our services to online; with Faith Teams, we were able to keep in touch with our members, and it allowed us to begin new ministries, such as a daily devotional email, as well as make the contact information for our members easier to access thanks to the Faith Teams app. And in recent months, we have used the Check-In feature on the Events page to monitor our students' attendance, and to ensure their safety and well-being during services.

There are hardly anything negative to say against Faith Teams in my opinion. The only inconveniences I experience on a regular basis when I am reviewing our Check-In attendance, I have to turn off the label printer feature from my computer before adding or subtracting class attendees (we have two check-in stations where we check students in at the church). Also, it would be nice if we could check in entire families into the system at once, rather than doing each individual members. But again, these are only minor inconveniences to an otherwise great system.
