PositiveThe Identity Verification Manager in the product is awesome. It integrates to our Service Desk tool, lets us have different proofing factors for different user groups in both the SSPR part and the Help Desk part.
NegativeYou need to enforce the SSPR solution to make sure users get it. But if you do it really works great. Follow their advice.
