    Summary

    Overall, my experience with Feedb has been great and it has without a doubt allowed us to increase the amount of reviews that we have across the internet.

    Positive

    We use QuickBooks online for our accounting software and this software once setup allowed us to link with QuickBooks to retrieve our client database and once we close out an invoice this software automatically sends an e-mail to our clients to get feedback from them and in turn they are redirected to leave us a comment or review on Google.

    Negative

    If I had to come up with a con I would say that I would prefer that the software was based on performance for example rather than a higher flat monthly rate, possibly a lower monthly rate of $20 which would include so many reviews and then you could upgrade the package if you wanted to get more reviews.
