    Summary

    Can't recommend FlexBooker at the time because of the aforementioned technical and support issues. Will be looking for another alternative.

    Positive

    FlexBooker has a ton of features and (for lack of a better word) flexibility. The price is also really reasonable for what you get.

    Negative

    FlexBooker is plagued with numerous technical issues and a support team that seems stretched very thin (it appears to be comprised of just 2-3 people) and hardly ever follows up with tickets.

    Overall FlexBooker is great. They just make things much easier when it comes to our bookings. FlexBooker is a must if you don't have a lot of phone answering staff.

    Positive

    FlexBooker makes it a breeze to use your online portal to accept bookings. They save a lot of time and make it way easy for customers to get an appointment.

    Negative

    Sometimes customers call because they want to verify that the appointment time was saved properly through the software. Which means double the calls.
