I am using Flock at my organization for a year now. For an office setting where there are several employees who all work together but that are located in different geographic locations flock can be very helpful. We are able to keep an ongoing chat to quickly resolve any issues or answer/ask any questions amongst each other. Flock would not be great for constant video communication as the audio and video quality can sometimes be a little off. Moreover, sometimes I have encountered some lagging issues in the delivery of messages.

For a small to medium scale company Flock is definitely a plus.
