Overall experience was amazing. My company solved many issues with this some of them being -- Time management of Employees- Employee Monitoring/Screenshots of their screen from time to time- Employee productivity improved- Idle TimeI was able to see what time of the day employees are not productive and take necessary steps to improve that.

he best thing about FocusRO was that they are not that expensive compared to its peers, I was using Webwork Time Tracker for 1 year and I shifted to FocusRO for the pricing but they are really great and I wish I knew it sooner. I compared focusRo with multiple Employee Monitoring softwares and purchased it, The best thing is the support is worldclass. Also they allow you to customize the software to a certain point to your requirements, the screenshots can be blurred as per your requirement, there are many features which makes it worth the use.

The only thing that I didn't like is they charge you for non active users, they will not charge you if you delete the user. They are right on their part but still I did not like this as the user data will not be accessible if i delete the user, which means i wont be able to access the data later, but as long as I keep paying it will be there. Apart from this it is a really great app.

I was really looking for some tracking and time logging application for last few days, tried several free or paid apps or tools but didn't get satisfied as per my expectations. Few days ago my one of my friends suggested me to give a try to FocusRO, it seems like was build specifically for my requirements. The timeline and employee reports were extremely good and the clients, tasks and employee based filters was awesome. However so for unable to get the screenshots as per my expectations but may be its something related to my settings and configuration because its already mentioned in the detailed documentation by FocusRO. I would recommend the startups and other agencies to at least try it once, It will fulfill most of your requirements.

All the feature are good however the detail reporting, filters, live tracking and timelines are awesome.

Overall I liked it very much, however it can be integrated with some version controls like GitHub.

In my company, all the employees were remote workers, and I faced many problems as I could not monitor their work. After deciding to use a tracking app, I tried many other software but found the FocusRo app most satisfactory. It helped me monitor the remote workers, increase productivity, and avoid unnecessary arguments.

FocusRO is user-friendly and easy to set up. Its detailed reports and real-time tracking features are excellent. The most important thing was that I had 3 free accounts, which allowed me to see the functionality myself.

Some new employees could not log in to the software using the details sent with the invitation. However, the problem was resolved after setting the password. Some employees also complained of a mismatch in the timings calculated by the app.

There is a little delay in tracking but it does not affect usage.

Also, I really like the categorization of clients, projects and tasks. Also, the option for break, meeting and at work are great. Plus it's free and provides screenshots for with 1 minute intervals.

Nothing particularly, but if there could be an option to disable quitting the app or if could also capture screen during break sessions for in case if employees are provided with an office device specifically. That could be great. Also, I tried live monitoring option but didn't work quite well, maybe I didn't understand how to use it.

If you need a solution that is specific and that will give you a solution to identify if your remote team is REALLY working, FocusRO is a very good solution.

Overall experience is good since I get to focus on my work while my developers getting monitored and I can check it anytime and come back to them later for update on those fishy screenshots.

It has very feature of smart screen capturing which reduced load on my server and I was able see apart when and what was done my team. They worked or stay ideal and did they loose focus

Even in autostart with system it comes in front when developer start PC because of that they get vary of work and few developer uninstalled this software because of that

for new users its kinda little hard to setup but overall it's great.
