    Very flexible with multiple functions and gives you 100% ownership/control

    Summary

    It is the best choice for a restaurant like us. We own and control everything, there are no ongoing costs and we eliminate commissions to third parties. I cannot recommend this system enough.

    I own the system and sales data, direct customer engagement without middle men, no commission or ongoing costs, I use it for wireless orders in the restaurant too and not just for online orders, also using it for telephone orders and table bookings.

    Negative

    Translating the system comes at extra cost, but I was told multiple languages is coming in a later release.

    It's comprehensively done and brings a whole host of features including hosting and payments. The user doesn't have to worry about many moving parts.

    It's easy to get started and priced fairly. I would recommend this solution to an y food delivery business. You can create your menu and prices quickly with all other features integrated including calculating delivery time and costs.

    It's too cheap for what you get and there are no hidden charges.

    We won’t ever look back. It has simplified how we operate and we now concentrate more on prepping and serving food without all the distraction. We now have a quick efficient system and can add things easily to the menu whenever we please.

    Firstly, we have received great support from Denis as we have set this up. He has guided us brilliantly through the process. As for the software itself, it has helped transform the way we operate. It’s efficient, customer & staff friendly and it’s meant we’ve picked up new business - not just through delivery but generally.. pick up and delivery slots make spreading demand out simple during busy periods. Love how you can deal with customers more personally as you have their contact details even though it’s online. Still to use the offer of customer promotions but I know that will be a good boost to trade when we do. Far too many good/ useful features to mention

    Only thing I can really grumble about is how the receipt customers get for Instore orders says ‘Unpaid’
