PositiveOur account manager Kelsey is the greatest! Fulfyld has the best service we've gotten from all the 3PL's we have tried. The account management is key, they really do take the time to ensure things are done accurately and to ensure customers are taken care of.
NegativeSometimes the OMS load time is slow. We've had a few issues with tracking numbers not posting back, but they were quick to resolve the issue.
