You get more than you pay for!! I was just starting my Real Estate photography business and had no experience. I was looking for a program that gave me the ability to do online scheduling and create property websites so I could offer comparable services as local competitors. When I found RTV and kept finding more and more services that allowed me to provide clients I was blown away by what you get for the price you pay. There's nothing else out there like it.

None really. At first I was a little intimidated by the program but once I watched the videos and had the initial setup with customer support it became very easy to use.

The system has allowed my small business to grow and compete with the larger companies in my region.

The system is continually evolving to keep up with the growing real estate marketing service needs. The customer service is second to none. You cannot go wrong with the RTV Fusion system.

One thing literally one thing. I might have not noticed it but I would like to have shorter videos available.

A well rounded program, offering all sorts of options you can offer to your clients. And the price, customer service, etc, couldn't be better.

In my area of California, homes average 1,000,000.00. Most realtors are using Matterport for their 360 tours. It gets very boring with all the listings doing the same thing. With RTV, I can mix it up, I add aerial shots, then video, intro's agent voice overs, stills and 360 tours. With Fusion I'm offering my clients something unique, and it's catching on. Word of mouth between agents is growing my business.

I've been with RTV since 2015 and the way they have innovated and evolved to bring customers the best technology is amazing. They support the photographers who use their system and do what they can to make sure we succeed.

I genuinely have no cons. They have never given me a reason to seek out another system.

Overall, extremely positive - particularly with Jason and the team.. They stand behind the product and do all they can to fix things.

To start, it packages up all my photos in a way that's easy to deliver (vs. dropbox or some other tool).

Then it adds in a bunch of additional value - a tour, website, brochure, video, reporting, etc. - that truly provide a marketing solution for the realtor.

Even the website shows the realtor the other homes they have listed with you - so it can become a website for the realtor on its own.

My only continual complaint is that there isn't an easy "flow" for building a tour. NO matter how many tours I do, I still feel like I'm jumping all over the menu to find the right next thing to do. A "wizard" or flow that is the same for all tours would be ideal.

This is a great opportunity to get in the business of current photography and I am Happy with the service all together.

Its been a great experience. There are many addons to use so you can add to the existing media platform.

It's easy to use and has loads of add on features. It has both background music and server side voice over functionality. My customers can login and edit their own tours or edit broker wide listings.

I can't find anything to dislike about this software. It's easy to use. Its functionality is wide and our customers love the platform.

You have to look at this business as a great tool that can be used simply and effectively, but as with any optional marketing product, it must be cost effective. RTV has covered all the bases.

Having spent some time in the military, I have found that instructions should be simple enough for even the non-cerebrals to understand. RTV has made real estate marketing professional but not so complicated that the novice can't understand.

I will edit this if ever I run into something negative that should be shared.

The property websites for my listings. With this purchase, I am able to import a Zillow 3D Virtual tour, all of my photos, listing information (cost, size, amenities, etc.) and details about the town onto one place. I have just started getting into this and my first customer of my indoor photography is in love with what I was able to produce, and this is only the beginning. The tutorial videos included helped me a ton. Jason has been phenomenal with giving me advice and tips. I questioned buying into this a few months ago and this is easily one of the best business decisions I have made in my first year of owning, starting, and expanding my aerial business.

The ease of importing a Zillow 3D Home tour into a property website. The support and contacts I am making. Everything is moving along swiftly!

I am still learning all of the features, so at this point I can't really complain.

I would recommend the service to others.

When I first got started in Canada they were there to help each step of the way. I was able to get the first two jobs done quickly with their support.

The only negative is being fixed with their integrated payment collection.

If you can think of something you might want to have as part of your property tour presentation, chances are it already exists in RTV Fusion. And if you can't find it, their support staff is always very quick to help you find what you are looking for. And if they don't have it, give them a minute and they will likely roll out that feature soon.

The only con I can think of is they offer so many tools, you may find yourself going down the rabbit hole...but this leads to yet more amazing discoveries you didn't know you wanted.

This isn't your average virtual tour system. You can include exterior links, such as Matterport and Zillow 3D, and they offer add ons to enhance your tours like no other company does.

I have been using RTV Fusion for about 6 years. They are constantly updating and innovating the system to stay with the times. Real estate photography and the needs of photographers and agents is always changing and RTV always seems to be one step ahead. The system is easy to use and if you have a queastion they are quick to respond. The network of RTV photographers is also helpful and supportive.

I don't have any specific cons. If an issue comes up the team at RTV are there to address the issues.

I have nothing but raves about this company and how they serve their dealers. If customer service does not know the answer to your question. They will get you someone who does.

RTV really did save my photography business. These folks really take you under their wing. From a solid marketing advice to unsurpassed customer service. Just take the time and learn the system and you will be a winner.

Support anytime you need it. When you are on a job and need help, RTV answers the phone and helps to solve the problem. If I don’t understand how to use an option to create my tour, RTV is always available for help. The positive energy is a big plus in working with RTV.

I wish RTV would have conventions once a year. I think getting together is so beneficial in understanding all the options of the software.

You can't beat the service provided by this group. They are always there to help with a quick response. I have received several calls from the founder himself to help me sort through issues. That's customer service like it should be.

The tour software is easy to use and navigate. Make a tour in minutes with stills, video, panoramas, and external links. So many features for you to market. My favorites are the slim player and property websites.

Some of the legacy features are still available and no longer needed.
