GetResponse really means a lot to me and to my entire company, I believe that this platform has been key for us to develop high-quality advertising campaigns. Previously it was a bit complicated to design campaigns, and have control of them, because we used software that offered us advanced tools, however, after the arrival of this platform we have noticed that it is easy to carry out campaigns advertising, in addition, we can manage those of the same panel without having any complex process. This application is very advanced, and will help you monitor the advertising campaigns and the traffic of each of them from your cell phone.

This platform has provided many positive factors, a large part of the tools it provided were very positive, they managed to develop high-quality advertising campaigns, however we have also noticed various negative things, such as:

- The emails that are sent to the clients with the advertising campaign, sometimes are not received by the main mail inbox of our clients, sometimes the advertising campaigns are stored in the spam folder of our clients, which causes that sometimes our clients do not see the campaign that we have sent them, we have noticed that this error occurs after doing various tests such as this work team, this is the most outstanding negative factor of this platform, it is really very annoying fact that on some occasion the other client does not receive the campaigns correctly.

- It is not possible to send simultaneously and synchronized advertising campaigns to social networks and by email at the same time, you should not send the campaign separately by email, and then you must send the social campaign, there is no way to send it simultaneously.

- Within this platform it is also not possible to view the campaign that your colleague is designing, the main panel of this platform is shared, all employees can design campaigns within the same panel, however you cannot view the progress of a campaign that a colleague is doing.

GetResponse is the perfect platform to create a campaign from scratch, this platform has given us a pretty good overall experience, Since the vast majority of our employees located in the marketing sector and in our corporate sector, have been able to familiarize themselves with this entire platform and They have been able to get the most out of it, with the help of this platform we have been able to create more than 100 campaigns. Since we started using it, we have also loved the fact that this platform has a fairly high delivery rate, since this helps our clients receive all the campaigns within their main tray. I really liked starting to use this platform, I quickly got used to the editing system and the creation of new campaigns, in addition, I was able to perfectly understand the statistics system that is updated in real time and allows me to visualize each of the clients that They have been captured for negotiations as well, it also provides me with real-time statistics of the clients that we have obtained by sending campaigns through social networks, since it is missing as it also integrates with all the social networks that currently exist. In conclusion, I am completely satisfied with the results provided by this platform in Our Real Estate Company. I consider that I will continue to use it for much longer because it planned to continue creating digital and advertising campaigns for our entire Company in order to obtain many more short sales and long term.

GetResponse is an incredible platform to improve the marketing system of any company, the things that I liked the most about this platform were:

1- The first thing I liked about this platform is the delivery rate it has, I have noticed that the delivery rate of each of my campaigns sent to clients, Mazizo could have been smoothed than other platforms I have used before , that platform has a better delivery rate of all campaigns, which helps us to get a large number of clients in less time.

2- I also liked the ease and intuitiveness of the campaign creation and edition system, it is quite simple to use and you can create forms or you can create newsletters for your clients, to use this campaign creation and edition system you have to have previous experience as Why How can you create a fully customized and complete campaign with embedded information without having any kind of experience.

3- I also liked the list system that this system has incorporated, since it allows me to visualize in real time the number of clients that I have registered in my portfolio, as well as how I can transfer these clients to our crm system to be able to market with each of them and can have a complete negotiation. I really love the fact that I can check customer status at any time.

4- Another of the features that I like about this platform is that it has implemented an unlimited autoresponder system, this system is capable of sending automated responses depending on each action that the client has within the advertising campaign, in addition, you can follow up to each of the responses of the clients that have been sent to their email, and also thanks to this function you can automatically send offers to their email in order to capture the attention of clients for future negotiations.

5- This platform also has a built-in system that allows you to view the effectiveness of each of the offers that we have previously sent. How can we view the effectiveness rate of those offers, we can know which of the offers have been most attractive to customers so that we can offer better deals in the long run for each of them.

I must admit that this platform has never given me any type of problem, since I started using this platform I have noticed that the effectiveness it has had in the marketing branch has been impressive, this platform has never given me any type of error during the creation of new advertising campaigns and it has not given me any type of failure when viewing the statistical system of each advertising campaign. I am very happy with the overall results, also, I am very happy with the fact that this platform has never given me any kind of problem, currently I don't have any negative points to mention about this platform, I am happy with the general functions to be ported so I am also happy with the prices and rates offered by this platform.

GetResponse offers multiple automated triggers to send emails. Email builder supports every layout for desktop and mobile. It's easy to implement and create strategies. Also, supports personalized emailing according to demographic, birthdays, and events.

The analytics is not very informative as I compare it to other tools.

The landing page customization tool is superb! I'd say it's best in class compared to other competitors.

Some very minor css bugs from time no time but if you aren't creating very complex designs, you rarely see those issues.

Overall satisfied but it would've been really helpful to have an onboarding support person. Like I said before, the templates are great and helpful for those who don't have programming experience.

Easy to use interface, lots of capabilities with the Pro plan. The templates are super helpful, the forms section is great (although I couldn't figure it out on my own). This solution is great for a marketing team but I'd highly recommend having someone who understands HTML to set it up.

If you need help integrating, you need to get the MAX plan. There's only so much help the 24/7 chat box can do to help you. Also, there was no training offered or best practices.

Getresponse is the best and most sophisticated email marketing tool at the best affordable pricing range in the market that I have ever found. It got me with my email marketing needs absolutely well. I have tried autoresponders, newsletters, list building, landing page creation, and many more features in the GetResponse. My conversion ratio's scaled to approx. 50% of the page visitors and it was just incredible. Had a really great time with this tool and I am still using it. Would recommend it to everyone who wants to take their business next level with the aid of email marketing.

Although, it's the best tool for email marketing, yet there could be some additions. In the basic plan, some automation features could be added and autoresponders could be made more sophisticated so that we are enabled to schedule them for particular dates as well irrespective of the sign up dates.

Easy Interface: The overall structure of this program is built in such a way that even an amateur can get used to the platform simply by browsing across. This goes for me as I am a newbie to Digital Marketing, Automation etc. and initially I was quite perplexed about the detailed functionality. But no worries at all, after digging deeper across the plat form and utilizing the well-customized guided tours, anyone can get used to it in no time.
Support team: Support executives are very friendly and they actually keep their promises when it comes to a responding to customer queries. Turnaround time is very low.
Trainings & Blogs: If someone wants to know A to Z of how automation works, tools and methodologies implemented for successful digital marketing campaigns, this is the place for them. In fact, it is a one-stop shop for every marketer's needs. Ample trainings and blogs, videos and other materials are here to educate you completely. As I said, I am taking trainings and studying the blogs on a regular basis to get accustomed with the products, interfaces and the practical uses. The fact is, the features are so many here, I sometimes can't manage how to go for round the clock study to gain better knowledge.
Pricing: Pricing is okay. As I am a beginner so, I have started with lower package and will be upgrading real soon to professional package to get best benefits.
Most importantly, the initial setup is what is required and once it's built, one can easily leave the rest on the automation because it will be taken good care of by Get Response.
