    Great company who I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending to others. I can't recommend them highly enough.

    Superb company since day 1. They made the onboarding process super easy and straightforward and have offered excellent customer service since then. Guesty has enabled me to scale my business and has freed up time to allow me to think more strategically and provide a better experience for our customers.

    Negative

    Genuinely hard to think of any cons. I suppose sometimes the communication from Guesty could be better when introducing new initiatives and software.

    There's a lot of moving parts to our business and Guesty pretty much covers it all. Automated messaging is great!

    Positive

    The Customer Support has been excellent particularly with response time. Our best advocate and ally is Sarah Schultz, our Customer Success Manager. The onboarding process was methodical and very helpful!

    Negative

    The guest invoicing needs some work. It shows scheduled payments but not dated payment history. Making adjustments to invoices is a real headache. While the base software is pretty good, there are lots of add ons with fees. Would be nice to include the accounting and analytics component to the base software.

    - Incredibly responsive & knowledgeable support staff available via ticket or live chat
    - Unrivalled account management with a very strong focus on providing a good experience for the user
    - Guesty's product team are constantly responding to user feedback, improving and evolving features available based on our experience & needs
    - Quarterly Roadmaps are provided detailing a whole host of new features allowing us to plan for change
    - Managing guest correspondence across multiple channels is easy with Guesty's integrated inbox. Their strong relationship with top OTA's means we get the best integrated features, resulting in less work for our guest-facing team
    - Guesty has a whole host of automation designed to take the manual work out of arduous tasks such as auto-reviews, auto payments, and guest messages which gives us time to focus on the important stuff
    - Guesty has a library of 'Marketplace' partners, who are set up to integrate with Guesty. Every marketplace partner we have used has become invaluable to our operations, plus we get the perks of a Guesty user discount in some cases

    - Guesty is expensive but you get what you pay for
    - Some advanced features are pay-walled, so if you want the works, costs can quickly add up

    Okay, lots of potential to be very solid product but so expensive. Support is responsive but not all that helpful. Simple changes always takes months to come out in new features.

    Channel manager great calendar. The synchronized channels was good.

    Messaging good messaging tool.

    Integrations.

    Negative

    Accounting could be better for how much I spend.

    Damage protection too expensive.

    Support is mediocre.

    Guesty messaging team is not worth it.

    Guesty pay support is horrendous.

    Hidden fees, no support, buggy, accounting is bad

    Their support is just disgusting. You cant really reach anyone, to resolve issues. You email them, and they basically just say they will forward it to the team and then you hear nothing back.

    On paper its good. Their sales people are amazing. But the product is buggy, and the lack of support makes it terrible. My management team hates Guesty.

    Negative

    Hidden fees, they will bill you one penny then bill you a fee for not hitting their minimum. Then you will contact support who will ignore you. They robbed me with crazy setup fees and all sorts of weird fees they just charge without authorization.

    The accounting part of the software is a joke.

    I love how user friendly the software is mostly, a few others in my past are very difficult and long process of set up. I love the support I receive from my CSM! I do feel like it has helped my business grow and streamline.
