    Summary

    We spent 3 weeks on waiting on contract signature, at the end we decided to stop the process and look for alternatives since it became obvious that this "product" is a waste of time since in fact there is no product, maybe it will change at some point in the future but at the moment it is like that unfortunately.

    Positive

    No pros unfortunately, company has no product, communication was good but when there is no productive outcome it doesn't matter.

    Negative

    Company wastes time of the client, they had a lot of red flags, but we decided to try integration:

    - no accessible sandbox with constant postponing
    - extremely long contract review
    - no clear explanation on how the product works
