Viima is a versatile and user-friendly system. Support for this system has also been at an excellent level.

Viima is inspiring and easy to use. You can easily customize the system to your own needs and take advantage of it in many ways and in many situations. The system guides the user and the visualization is pleasant.

There could be more options to customize the home page, when logging into system. We are using quite many categories for the ideas and that's why the home page is little bit unclear. We would also appreciate the possibility to log in to the system without a user name and password. This could inspire staff to use the system even more.

I am happy that I found this product and how our organization has liked to use it. Viima will absolutely be one of our tools to get new ideas from whole organization and also maybe from our customers.

Product is really easy to setup and use. Pricing was also suitable for us. Our whole department liked to use and it helped us to innovate new ideas. It is also possible to use it together with customers outside from own organization.

In a future I hope product will get some new features to make experience more immersive.

An excellent collaboration tool for virtual network engagement! Viima has been an enabler at the highest strategy-setting level in our organization as well as the very detailed tactical level and assigning action item owners. The versatility is unmatched and the web based software is blissfully intuitive. We were able to collaborate across language skills, time zones, functions and roles. I have never worked in a tool that was so useful across so many different cross-sections of a team. We intended to impress our leadership and ended up impressing the entire organization.

Almost no limits to the amount of connections to be made across ideas. Creating new boards to help organize ideas in new ways was essential to progress. Being able to iterate within a single tool among the same audience is extremely valuable. Every single comment is captured!

Exports are a little clunky, difficult to utilize. The limitations on "likes" created some boundaries we did not need, so we did not utilize that feature much.

Some processes are hardcore users and they really benefit from tool that enables easy grassroot innovation. Boards also serve as notebookish manner in smaller scale. Statuses and categories make categorizing multi-dimensional but like many features they are presented clearly.

Ease of use and clear interface are absolute strengths. Look is kind of playful yet very informative at the same time. It's easy to model your innovation process into Viima tool and vice versa: Viima helps you fine tune your company's innovation process. You don't need too much effort to build a board and start innovating. Comments section and chewing of ideas before implementation is really good.

Tool doesn't engage people automatically :-) As we all know Viima is just a tool so enterprises need their innovation processes into which this tool is easy to implement. Some of the features are difficult to adjust to company needs and for a large and strict company administering might be "too loose" (though personally I like the easy way).

The tool is easy to use and administer. A great place for staff to share innovative ideas and see them through to fruition! We also have a great CSM who is always looking to see us succeed and offering help and support, which is much appreciated :)
