    Summary

    Overall I would say that between the initial sales teams, the engineering / support help, and the user experience, health cloud was the right solution for our company.

    Positive

    I worked for a healthcare startup not too long ago that used Health Cloud. It's incredible. We had members of our diabetes platform all over the country and it was perfect for our service / technology solution. The patient cards made it very easy for our customer success teams to track data.

    Negative

    Sometimes it proved difficult for our engineering teams to get help on bugs / fixes. Other than that, all good.
