    Summary

    Overall it's a great program for anyone needing a simple and easy to use CRM. Lots of great usecases.

    Positive

    Does a good job for basic CRM management. It is also very easy to use and set up so there's not much of a learning curve.

    Negative

    There are not any cons that i can think of right now.
