I had some knowledge of the service prior to using it for our highly specialized hiring need. Incorporating personality traits into the hiring process was a huge win for us, and I look forward to using this again in the future.

Working with the HireScore team was a joy, the customer support was fabulous and they adapted my hiring team's pace with reviewing and selecting candidates. We expected to spend at least 6 months on this hard-to-fill role, but we selected our final candidate within 2 months.

The only thing I can think of was notifications of new applicants, which was easily fixed by changing my settings.

Fabulous- recommend to EVERYONE! This has been a great time saving tool to use when hiring for my small business.

Quick email replies, friendly, amazing skill set, fabulous guidance, attention to detail. Very professional presentation and ease for the company and also the applicants.

Cost manageable- however, high for a small business. Cost is comparable to the service/ product received- however difficult to find the extra funds to sustain.

This service provides indepth information and guidance in choosing the best candidate for your position. It was extremely easy to use. We were able to hire someone within 11 days from start to finish.

This was my first time using HireScore and I absolutely loved it! Jody was amazing!! All my questions were answered quickly and efficiently.

I really can't think of any cons with using this service.

Utilizing the HireScore system and advertising services has been wonderful for streamlining the recruiting process. The ads have allowed us to reach candidates from various sources and locations, which widens the applicant pool.

This is an incentivized review; however, all opinions are my own and are unbiased. For the last few years, HireScore has become an integral part of our operations. Our company works with them on a daily basis to quickly fill positions in a labor market that's been difficult to hire in. We could not recommend them enough!

HireScore is very user friendly and their support team has been phenomenal. They are extremely responsive and will create custom video tutorials to meet your training needs. The notes and status update functions allow our HR team and hiring managers to stay in sync throughout the whole recruitment process. The system also automatically sends professional letters to candidates based on our hiring decisions. We have saved countless hours of time on recruitment by choosing to work with HireScore.

The pros of HireScore far outweigh any cons; however, one suggested improvement would be to add a separate flag to show applicants who have worked with our company previously. Currently, this flag is included with other flags so you have to click into each to see if the applicant is a past employee.

We save a lot of money every year, replacing the needs for expensive recruiters. Plus, the world-class professional staff offers other add-on services like interview support and provides candid feedback on candidates that has save me time and money.

Far more affordable than traditional recruiting with stronger results. The system makes it much easier to weed through resumes and quickly narrow down the right candidates. But the real magic is in how the system ranks candidates on so much more than just their resume. The system is Brilliant!

No fancy graphics but easy to navigate - just a great system that does its job.

HireScore is very user friendly, has great annual recruitment reports, and is a very engaged platform. The representatives are very personable and create such positive working relationships. They go above and beyond with their customer service such meaningful Holiday gifts or "Just because" gifts.

HireScore is a professional, fast, and resourceful recruitment platform. Utilizing HireScore saves our organization several hours a week in creating job postings and advertising them. This platform is resourceful in terms of representatives making suggestions on trends they are seeing in the labor market and what has been attractive to candidates.

One con is when searching for a specific job application, it doesn't bring you directly to that candidate's application. It brings you to the job posting that that job application is in, then you have to scroll and search for that specific one.

Easily the best product I've ever used in the hiring process. We've hired numerous staff members using HireScore and the assessments are right on. It has truly helped us build the best team!

HireScore is so easy to use and is a huge time-saver! We love being able to log in to the portal at any time and easily see any new applicants, which applicants are at the 'top'/likely to be the best fit, and with one click we can expand on any area of assessment that we'd like a more in-depth look at. If we ever have any questions, the customer service is amazing.

There are no cons to using this product, in my opinion. There are so many things to consider when trying to hire the perfect person for a specific position; using HireScore sets our mind at ease by attracting quality candidates and making sure we're legally compliant in the process.
