Fantastic! No complaints. Our implementation host Paul was very knowledgeable and so helpful! I thought we had 1 training session, we had many!

Easy to use, one place to view and manage 95% of property issues. Love that notifications. On boarding sessions included when you purchase the product. Those were awesome.

Still have to do a few things directly in the channels.

Excellent. I like the service, the software is easy to use, don't listen to the naysayers, it's a good company.

I tried many channel managers. Software is easy and intuitive. I'm very happy. It has master calendars financial management, booking, charging features.

None so far. I'm still new and learning but it's good.

Great tool, on the more expensive side, but it gives me peace of mind. Once the booking engine is improved and follows the high quality of the rest of system it will be a 5* solution for me.

Overall easy layout, doesn't require a lot of technical knowledge. Provides a nice property managing options. Calendar integration with my own ical (website), booking and Airbnb is great. The prices are also working, but needs some better understanding.

The automatic messaging is great as well, ensure you play and create your own.

The onboarding team is fantastic, I had 5 sessions some of them very long. So kudos to them for answering all my questions and being patient with me.

The booking engine is integrated only with Wordpress. As a user of Wix, this is a limitation as I can't get a good with professional looking booking page. Thus removing one star.

Overall I am pleased with Hostaway and its features. I look forward to more features that would make my business more efficient.

I like the way I can see all my listings across all platforms in one locations. Hostaway also makes it easy to communicate with my housekeeping staff and their keep track of their tasks.

The setup process for a listing has a bit of a learning curve. Once I did it a couple of times, it now is much easier.

Wouldn't change a single thing. The support has been helpful. Love the continued support and learning more as time goes.

Paul is super understanding when it comes to learning. He adjusts his teaching style to match my non, tech savviness. Yet can adjust to my husband's computer guru status.

I wish I knew Paul's time. I feel bad that his 2a is my 12p.

Hostaway has been fairly easy to maneuver and I love that it manages all of my calendars in one space. The connection with WordPress for direct bookings is a HUGE bonus. The ability to have access to support 24/7 is extremely helpful, especially during the onboarding process.

Easy to use, even if you do not have background knowledge with property management systems. The financial reporting and owner statements take off a ton of stress for our accounting team.

Ability to make changes to multiple listings at one time is not available yet.

Customer support has been outstanding. Each and every time we've needed questions answered, which has not been very often, we were able to promptly get the information from a knowledgeable and friendly Hostaway team member.

We needed a platform that would scale with our anticipated growth. It needed to be affordable from day one, but not be deficient in the professional property management features our clients were expecting. Hostaway has delivered features and capabilities which exceed our expectations.

We honestly have no complaints or dislikes. Hostaway offers us the ability to run a small but growing property management firm and we can stay with them throughout the journey.

Positive overall experience especially with my onboarding specialist. There are gaps with the app that are supposed to be addressed this year. The learning curve is steep but I am hoping to grow with this software and get more out of the functionality as I learn how to use each of the functions.

I have been getting great support onboarding. There seem to be many functions that I will be able to utilize once I am able to learn the whole system.

The learning curve is steep and it would be helpful to be able to hire Hostaway specialists to set things up and then learn how to use the platform after everything has been set up. Learning how to set it up and how to use it is just too much to handle at once.

Booking fee is available for website in the system but is not available through VRBO even though it's done through Stripe. Couldn't figure out how to deduct 3% from VRBO but working on it.

All is great at the moment. We have no cons so far as even the cleaners have stated the additional value and efficiencies it brings to the business.

Financial reporting and owner statements can be a bit hit and miss between different users. Still some missing elements in the financials that we need to make up for manually. Task automation a little clunky to deal with - especially when trying to delete tasks.
