I have tried many different property management platforms and this is the best overall. For what you get, this is normally a more expensive option, and from what I have seen they are working on improving this product and the support has been very good. From what I have seen so far, we and the tenants are very happy with the platform and I feel really good in referring this out to my clients or anyone else that I know who manages long-term rental properties. Keep up the great work!!

User-friendly interface: Innago's design is intuitive, making navigating and utilizing the platform easy.
Comprehensive feature set: Innago offers a wide range of features, from tenant management to financial tracking, customized late fees, messaging, and maintenance tracking.
Mobile accessibility: The platform has a mobile app and the browser is mobile-friendly. Having the app is critical to get notifications right away if there is a maintenance issue.
Strong customer support: The Innago support team is amazing and very quick to respond and get a resolution or an answer to your question.
To be free to landlords is a major plus and it isn't expensive for the tenant to make their payments if they set up payments through their bank account.

Learning curve: While the interface is generally user-friendly, there is still be a learning curve for users who are new to property management software or who are switching from a different platform. It would be helpful if you were able to navigate different sections of the platform without having to back out and go to one of the side bar items.
Reports: It would be nice to be able to get more reports or customize some of the reports.
Creating Documents: This feature could be developed further. It isn't very user-friendly, and it would be nice to create a document from scratch. Filling out all the spaces to complete text, initials, and documents could be improved.

Innago is professional-looking, affordable software that has features you won't find without spending a lot more. It's particularly good for a small-time property manager but has everything a larger operation would want, too.

Innago is the perfect, affordable software solution to manage properties. Its platform offers features that would normally be available only at a much higher price. Using Innago, you can customize and screen applications, run background checks, electronically sign documents, and collect payment -- all within the software. Tenants can make maintenance requests and set themselves up on auto-pay if they choose. Property owners can have a separate login (with different features) than the property manager. The most incredible part is that you could do all of this at no cost. The only potential fees are bank transfer ($2) or credit card processing (2.99%), but even the decision of who pays those fees is customizable. There's an app for your phone, too. For my small, three-door operation, Innago has been an all-in-one solution that's completely replaced paper leases and using multiple other sites to achieve the same outcome.

The software does everything you would want it to do, but sometimes it's not intuitive where to find the feature you're looking for.

Extremely happy with the product and customer service.
Wouldn’t change anything.

Amazing tool for any property management company or landlord. Although it has tons of features, it’s still super easy to use. Taking care and automating everything for you, including advertising, screening tenants, lease agreement, collecting rent, insurance and maintenance tickets.
Also, provide great analytics and financial tools.

Starting up on the platform was fairly easy, hardest part was getting accepted for payouts. Business practices need improvement.

Fairly intuitive platform that doesn’t take much of a learning curve to use. A variety of features are available and free to use. Tenant screening, selection, and setup through the platform was easy.

Questionable practices from an ethical standpoint. Was asked to not submit a review lower than 5 stars. Also was asked by someone from “security” to send sensitive documents via email (unsecured), when this should all be don’t through their secured site.

Its a pretty over all easy management company system. The fact that there isn't much cost associated with it is ideal for a small company like ours.

I like that you can store documents in each renters file. Its so easy to add these documents. Its nice that I don't have to keep a physical copy.

There is not a way to have a renter sign multiple electronic documents

Very happy with the app and all its features. Has made my life easier and less frustrating in dealing with renters. I save a ton of time not having to text and email individual renters. Invoicing and reminders are also huge timesavers.

Easy to install and setup. Intuitive interface. Tenant screening seems to be more thorough than what you get through Zillow. Easy to keep track of properties, tenants, and cash flow. Automated invoicing, payments, late fees, and reminders. Couldn't ask for more. And all this for free.

1) Lease templates can't be edited inside Innago.
2) Marketing in Innago is done on realtor.com and its affiliates instead of Zillow. I would have appreciated a feature where Zillow users could apply using the Innago app instead of contacting me just to be directed to the Innago app. Zillow seems to get a lot more traffic than realtor.

Extremely pleased with the platform and I have to contact customer service twice for assistance. They were extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with.

I recommend Innago for anyone new to homeownership or real estate investing. It's a great start for anyone who wish to save money and have an easy method of managing properties.

I love that it's free, so it saves me money. I can easily use it and navigate the dashboard every easily. The best is the quick responsiveness of customer service, which is important for me whenever a problem arises.

I wish Innago implemented a guidebook or a video to help tenants better integrate into the platform because one of my tenants isn't tech savvy and had difficulty using it. I also wish there were forms available for landlords to use, such as eviction notice, lease agreements based on state, etc.

I really like the Innago platform. I can automate rent payments, add late fees, tenant screen easily, list my properties and love that it is free.

Tenant screening and support rep is super helpful, I can do everything I need all from one place. I also enjoy that is it free.

The app isn't the best. There are some glitches when using it. I use the web platform and it works great!

Overall the service is great. I would recommend anyone who has property that is self-managed or has property managers to try this service.

I do not like that I do not have the option to turn off the credit card function.

Overall I am very satisfied with the software. I did a thorough research before deciding what company I want to go with, and Innago was an easy pick!

I like that Innago is very user-friendly.
It is free to use unless, as a landlord, I decide to cover my tenant's rent payments fee which are only a few dollars anyway.
The portal is set up nicely and easy to navigate. Customer service is great and extremely helpful!

So far I do not have any complains.
Innago can add an option for a lease co signer signature, but as far as I know they are working on it. No complains!
