    Support is fantastic.
    With a couple of clicks I just love that i can prep a quote, schedule and do the job, another click and the invoice is done and sent.

    Super easy quoting on all kinds of jobs because of templates set up. Send a quote and get it approved in a flash then the whole system just works all the way to completion and invoice and syncing with Xero - it's JUST easy to do. Built and managed by a team that knows what its like to deal with detailed scheduling, reporting, time sheets, invoicing - all on the go and automated which means less paperwork and More Life.

    Depending on what service or products you provide you may not use all the features - there is every feature you would need though.

    Summary

    JGID has really revolutionised our business and how we operate.

    The software is easy to use and the training & support provided by the team was simply amazing.

    I couldn't imagine operating without JGID anymore.

    I love that I have all documents related to one project in one place, right from the first customer contact, through to quoting, all the way to final invoice.

    Quoting is really detailed, yet quick and easy to use and include photos.

    How information flows from a quote, to a job and onto staff members mobiles has streamlined things immensely.

    And the before and after photos from the field saved straight into the job is Gold!

    Negative

    I actually like JGID a lot as it is.

    There is some room for improvement around file management, but from what I hear, JGID are releasing some new updates for that soon.

    JGID has saved us hours of admin. From quoting, invoicing, tracking hours, we now have a clear picture on how our business is running, and what things are costing us. It has been easy to use. Its made getting quotes approved so much easier, the digital signing is great!
    I love having all the documents related to my projects in one place, it's allowed us to really reduce the number of different programs we have to use. The training and support provided by JGID has been amazing.
