    Recruitment and human resources, two problems less

    Summary

    We have been using JazzHr in our company for a long time, fortunately, due to the growth, we were forced to find a tool that could manage in a more automated way our recruitments and at the same time have tools that allow us to obtain better results in the management of the human talent resource. JazzHr represents one of the best solutions for all small and medium companies that are having the need to automate their massive recruitment services, in addition to manage in a more stable way the human resources section, with a well designed API, it is presented as one of the best ATS options on the market, which perfectly fulfills what it proposes at a moderate price.

    Positive

    The tool provides methods of communication between users involved in a hiring process, promoting the development of the members and promoting healthier personnel acquisitions. It allows to observe the constant update of the staff's performance in the activities they are performing, promoting a better control of time and visualizing which activities can be improved for the organization. It is fascinating to be able to aggregate the hiring team in the application and that together we can make much better decisions regarding the potential staff to be hired.

    Negative

    It could have a better way to connect us with more job boards which would translate into more options of available talent, but it works absolutely fine. Sometimes I have to click too many times to access important information, I don't find it a disadvantage, but maybe it could be more intuitive. The software could be automated a little more, I feel that there are many things that are still manual, it could be improved with a few details.
