Once we got introduced to the system, I was very skeptical because of the number of steps but it got easier. Turned out to be good system to work on.

Very easy to use once you're trained to work on it. We switched to this new system and so far no glitches or crashes since I started using it.

Sometimes the policies that download show up as a different type of policy. But it's easy enough to switch them.

Would like to learn more about printing receipts from the customers file. That part is a little confusing. Wish downloading from other insurance companies was included and not required to be paid for.

The ability to have customer information all in one place is extremely important when an agency is fully remote.

This is not applicable. If we have a minor issue, it is resolved immediately.

Overall this is a great system, the system we had before was not very practical and took a few days to learn. This system we had down within a day and we love it.

There isn't really much to say that is bad about this system. Some of our policy numbers didn't come over correctly but thats a simple fix.

Overall, I like the software because it makes it easier to look up customers to see which company they are in when they come in to the office to make a payment.

I like the ease of using the functions for our insurance company. It makes it very easy to find customers when we have them come into the office to make their payments. It cuts down our time.

I don't like the many areas that are confined to administrators only. We have more than one office and it makes it hard if we can't correct a receipt, can't add companies, etc. There is just too many little things that have not been worked out properly.
