Good for cloud based user management

    Date: Jan 24 2022
    Summary

Overall we are happy with JumpCloud's services. It allows for easy user management on multiple systems. SSO is probably one of the best features.

    Positive

The admin side is easy to use and set up new users. The users sync easily across all the systems. We can set specific groups of computers and users to more easily active new users across multiple systems. SSO is also a great feature. You can also set policies for systems which allows admins to block certain features they don't want accessed.

    Negative

When we first started some of the policy features were not available. Also sometimes adding someone as an admin on their system temporarily, it doesn't work correctly.
