    Summary

    This program has had nothing but major issues. The company refuses to give out an instruction Manuel, they only offer limited time training so if you have a management change any new persons coming in can not get proper training on using the system. The custom service is terrible and almost impossible to get ahold of anyone. They made a mistake on our automatic billing and charged all our clients twice after reassuring us that would not happen. We recently had a receipt printer issue and after weeks of calling someone finally set up an appointment to log in remotely to try and resolve the issue. The representative assigned to help was rude, impatient and hung up on us after he could not resolve the issue. I do not recommend this program to anyone trying to organize their restoration business

    There are little to no pros for this software. I’ve been working with the program for over 6 years and have not had a day go buy without some sort of issue to trouble shoot. They do offer a korvue for dummies book but no reference manual

    It’s slow, hard to use, not all it’s features work properly, the company does not offer a user manual and charges for training beyond initial set up. So if new admins or management comes in they need to rely on trial and error to figure things out we have requested a user manual server all times and they just say the Manuel won’t have what we need in it. Their customer service is slow and very rude
