I started my business with no knowledge of booking software. I was a yoga teacher who jumped in to studio ownership with very little business acumen. Roodolph walked me through set up and took the time to get me started. I was up and running right away. There were simple tutorials available to use. The software was very intuitive. Students also really liked the app, and managing their accounts online. The transition to online and advance booking was challenging for us all, and Karmasoft rose to that challenge well.

Karmasoft is very simple to use. There are three panels on the main screen: Student, Class and Product. The teacher can stay on this one screen and manage sign in, sales, student information, and class list. With a simple scroll, your teacher or front desk staff can access student history, which always helps when getting to know a student, or working towards selling a membership package. Support has also been excellent. The developer is accessible and provides help from set up to support. Karmasoft also has advanced back of the house tools to manage and market your business. I am most impressed by the ease of use and efficient design of Karmasoft. It also costs less than some of the big names, but you do not sacrifice performance. We also still use Zoom for online classes, and Karmasoft integrates seamlessly with Zoom.

I have occasionally had to wait for support, or reschedule a meeting, but I will say this: The folks at Karmasoft always come through! I can't say this for the other software companies that I have used.

The documentation available for developers could be more detailed. It took me a bit of time to fully understand how the API worked and how to implement certain features.
