Thanks to Kickbox we achieve a much more fluid work, we verify and clean our lists, we put together a much more solid database, we carry out our campaigns integrated to platforms that allow us to promote our message and we make sure that they are delivered correctly, that our real potential clients can read them and that our message is not bounced. Actually, the result has been quite good, since we got that our clients were really responding to the message, we increased our workload and having this approach instead of having to verify list by list has undoubtedly brought us better results, both at work and personally, feeling that our work is really paying off and that what we are doing day by day is bringing significantly new clients and our service has a much greater value is much more satisfying. Our work team is now 100% active, guaranteeing that our message reaches the right place and being able to respond quickly and massively to each of those new potential clients to provide them with the best possible attention. Kickbox allowed us to take better advantage of our work approach, to better distribute our time and eliminated a workload allowing us to automate our work management.

Kickbox has come to our work because we had a problem with our work email, many times it was difficult to take advantage of the lists correctly and divide the leads that came to us. It provides total management of our emails by doing a thorough analysis and separating the important emails from the not so important ones, boosting our marketing campaigns to the next level. It is a completely automated system that allows the mass sending of emails with simple configurations, takes the lists with our leads and carries out the campaign strategies programmed for our company. It allows us to streamline our marketing work, provides excellent tools and a robust interface that allows us to do our job easily. Since we registered, we discovered that its API is quite good, we were able to integrate it with ActiveCampaign and we managed to enhance our emails much better, prevent them from falling into spam and that the information reaches the people we want to reach perfectly. I like that it allows us to validate the emails to make sure we have the correct emails, and that campaign management works correctly, this helps us to debug and clean our database so that the workflow is solid and stable. It sends good notifications of delivery and verification which gives us a lot of confidence that the work we are doing is being well received. We changed jobs that were manual to something much more automated, saving us time on work that we now dedicate to promoting those campaigns that our potential clients receive. We reduced the number of bounced emails, Kickbox undoubtedly helped us define the area where we really wanted to work, so as not to waste time debugging lists, or sending emails that will not be answered or read, in addition to integrating this automated management to the sending of our campaigns. It's a whole mesh system that contributes to our CRM work. It is totally worth what we pay for the platform, the quality / price ratio is great, in addition to the fact that we fully trust the platform and we make our entire database available to you because I know that it will always be safe.

I don't like that it's only cloud-based, it closes the access possibilities a bit and, in our company, we do a lot of field work, we need to leave the office and do various paperwork outside, to be able to speed up our emails without having our computer everywhere It would be a plus to advance several steps. Once we needed customer support, and it seems to me that it is not good, there are some things that I did not understand, I tried to verify it through the documentation, but it is not as extensive as I would like, that is why I went to support but apparently, no they have a good guide. It would be ideal for Kickbox to have its own internal database and to be able to keep our lists there, or to be able to configure them within the platform, so that we don't have to verify them every so often as we need to, but rather there is already proof of what has already been verified. I don't find the reporting tool very useful; I don't like that it isn't very customizable and doesn't have some dynamic tools to make the report much more visual and accurate. Kickbox in general works very well and personally in my work we have not come across any failure in the functioning of the platform as such, it has not thrown false positives or bounced emails, so far, its verification is very good.

A good tool for email validation for bulk email sends / newsletters. We saw that validations cleaned lists well, whereas other platforms we used didn't catch all potential emails that would bounce.

Easy to use tool for validating emails. I like that it does initial cleans and you can export relevant raw data if there are errors upon validation before sending emails.

A little pricey, but works well so worth the minor additional cost as compared to other platforms.
