Inexpensive Product, but Clunky
Date: Oct 22 2020SummaryWe switched away from KwikTag when our accounting software made available the ability to management workflows innate to the accounting software (GP). We had much better luck with the innate workflow.
PositiveWe used KwikTag for payables management automation. The cost up front was high but minimal cost for subsequent years. It did its job, but was not user friendly.
NegativeThe initial up-front cost was high. The users did not like the product. You must be on the network in order to review and approve vendor invoices. Further, it often would crash and we would need to restart web services.
