    Summary

    We'd highly recommend to others. I've recommended to a few affiliates who were also using limo anywhere or ridebits, and they have certainly found Kymark to be a better platform too.

    Positive

    We've been using Kymark for just over 6 months, after switching from limo anywhere. Our main reason for switching was to have an easier to use system, which Kymark delivers. Pricing was also a big draw.

    Negative

    Initially I would have liked to see driver tracking like Uber, but later realized that we maybe used that feature once, or twice using LA. Overall is isn't a deal breaker, but apparently they have this feature coming to Kymark.

    I really like that this company originated in Canada, they are always growing and becoming better at what they do. They want feedback so they can make their system better for the future.

    Positive

    I love how easy the program was to learn, and how the team is so easy to communicate with. the whole operation is so great to work on.

    Negative

    One thing that really gets me, is in the reporting side, I can see what % each vehicle does, but it doesn't give me a dollar value on the page.

    I have been in the industry over 20 years and this is by far the easiest overall dispatch program i have used. Would definitely recommend this service.

    Program is very easy and user friendly. Took only a couple of hours to train our staff and have them using the program and making reservations.

    Negative

    Some features aren't available as of yet like reports and customer app but once they are this will be a perfect business solution.
