PositiveI love the customer service with this company. Tom walked me through the basics before the sale. His integrity is obvious. Aleyda is actually the best support person I have ever known. She is patient and professional and knowledgeable of her product. I really like the take over my computer option that Tom programmed in. I am tech challenged and was so easy for Aleyda to walk me through as she was on the actual page I was on.
NegativeThere is absolutely nothing I did not like about this company. From setting up hardware to helping me learn the program, their professionalism has set a high bar for any other company. They always answer the phone!!!! I get to talk to a real person.

PositiveI liked how easy it was to convert the data from my old system. I like the being able to log in from an app on my cellphone and I like being able to login from any computer. The support staff is excellent.
NegativeRelies too heavily on the internet. Sometimes the bottle counts are off. Sales go through but the items are not removed from inventory.

PositiveComputer Perfect is an amazing POS and an e-commerce system. It runs hand in hand so there is never a delay with quantity issues. Their tech support is extremely helpful and they answer right away unlike other companies where you have to wait and jump through hoops to speak to a representative.

Date: Oct 04 2022SummaryWe have been using the Lightning POS for close to 10 years now, and I am very satisfied. No big problems. Any issues we do have are quickly resolved with a phone call to the service team, who are always supportive regardless of my issue.
PositiveThe program is easy and efficient to use, so ringing invoices and sending receipts to clients is a smooth process. It's also easy to reference and review client's purchase history, resend and/or reprint old invoices. The inventory management operation is well designed and multi-functional, which is a plus for all aspects of sales and distribution.
NegativeThe program does not have a ship manager program, which would be beneficial to my company.

Auto email functionality for all exceptions.NegativeSometimes there are issues with CC and it is difficult to pin point if the issues are related to the system or CC integration.
