NegativeI had bundled all my restaurant POS into Lightspeed because I have another system that has built an interface. I wanted to purchase a remote credit card terminal to improve my restaurant service. I contacted my representative on 6/17/2024 and he made a suggestion that I followed. It is now 8/29, I have been in almost daily contact tring to get this resolved.

They have disconnected my current payment processor and are unable to connect my new terminal. My restaurant is opening and I have no way to process payments.
