    Summary

    In general, the platform is quite simple and has allowed us to efficiently integrate our product catalog and being able to display BTB and BTC on the same platform.

    Positive

    The Backoffice is very powerful and its interface is very friendly. The customization system is very powerful and adaptable to the needs of the company.

    Negative

    Limit of API requests per second very short. It does not allow language variants.

    LogiCommerce helped us to scale our Business

    Summary

    When we started with LogiCommerce, it was very easy to learn how to use the Back Office as it is super intuitive. We were able to quickly integrate our catalog with different Marketplaces, such as Amazon, Aliexpress and Spartoo. Thanks to the Feed Manager of LogiCommerce we could also integrate with other portals such as Facebook and Instagram. These and many other functions such as the dashboard and reports helped us to focus 100% on the growth of our business. After 5 years with LogiCommerce, we can say that we would always choose LogiCommerce as eCommerce platform for our Business.

    Compared to other platforms, LogiCommerce convinced us by far for its functionality and usability (Front), as well as for its advanced features and ease of use (Back Office).

    Expensive and poor UX

    Summary

    Bad experience, they promised us that everything would be easy and fast and everything is difficult and slow. Would not recommend.

    Positive

    It can be customised, but it is very expensive to do custom development. Integration and implementation was very complicated.

    Negative

    Interface not very usable, difficult at the level of layout for a non-technical user, very limited, bad communication, slow in resolving bugs and doubts (everything works with ticketing system). It is also very expensive.

    Dear Iñigo, we regret that this is your perception, since it does not conform to the reality of a software that precisely offers a great margin of customization at a very competitive price, while also offering a multitude of advanced functionalities. In relation to your comments, despite being a software evaluation portal, we see that you are talking about the implementation, something that is not related to LogiCommerce. In any case, according to information from the agency that carried out the project, friction arose due to aspects that we will not go into detail in this channel, but totally related to third-party integrations (ERP) that have nothing to do with LogiCommerce, nor with the agency itself. Finally, you mention that it is very limited, but in no case do we believe that this qualifier is justified. LogiCommerce has been on the market for more than 20 years and is a very powerful software used by world-renowned brands such as VW, GAP, Audi, MUNICH or Nestlé, among many others.

    It is a powerful, reliable and pioneering SaaS platform in the ecommerce sector originally from Spain.
