    Summary

    MSC Time is highly recommended if you are looking for a time app that your employees can use in the field and can import into your software program. There is a mobile app that can be accessed with just a click then once the job time is entered and submitted, it will automatically be forwarded to the supervisor for approval. If the supervisor declines the time entry, the employee must correct and resubmit. Reports for the week can be reviewed and printed prior to submitting to payroll. If you are considering a time app program, don't hesitate to get MSC Time, you will love it!

    Customer service is second to none and Sean genuinely sets the bar high. Despite the time difference, (he is PST and I am EST) he always pleasantly answers the phone. He listens to my question or concern and has an answer/solution to put in place. Sean never rushes me off the phone and he makes sure to understand what I'm trying to accomplish.

    MSCTime product is a very user friendly and useful program that was implemented for our installers to use in the field. It correlates with our accounting software program easily and imports information back into our software for job costing/payroll. Setting up employees and job/phases/categories were easy. Even some of the employees who are not tech savvy found the program easy to use.

    MSCTime Reporting has good time app reports and is better than the software we are transitioning to.

    Negative

    The only possible con was adding the employee/job information to MSC Time program in addition from our main accounting program. Once the initial setup was in place with MSCTime, the process was easy and took hardly any time at all; however, it was a double entering of information. This con would not hold us back from using this program.
