    Summary

    See above statement. There is not much more that I can say about the platform. If Mandolin fixes the audio/video sync issues, I would reconsider being a customer again.

    Positive

    The availability during the pandemic and the quality of the performers. It was a great concept but the platform has not been able to overcome technical issues.

    Negative

    There are major issues with the synchronization between the video and audio in nearly every concert that I have viewed. After subscribing to nearly 150 performances since the start of the pandemic, I’m giving up on the platform. It was better than nothing during the pandemic but now there are alternative platforms that provide good quality livestreams.

    Terrible connectivity. Terrible customer service. Refused refund.

    Terrible terrible. Terrible. Terrible customer service. Terrible streaming. Poor connectivity. They acknowledged their own for conductivity but refused to offer a refund and instead only offered credit. I would never use them again so credit is not acceptable.

    Nothing. The streaming service was terrible. Customer service was terrible. They refused a refund even though they acknowledge connectivity was a serious issue throughout the show.

    Just watch John McCutcheon show tonight. Connectivity from there and was horrible. They admitted it multiple times. Everybody had a difficult time. Show is stopped on at least 10 occasions. Screen said show not available, on standby with comments in the chat section that they were working on it and would get it up and running again when they fix their connectivity problems. Went on for over 45 minutes. Contacted customer service for refund. They outright refused despite documentation provided, and their obvious acknowledgment of the connectivity issues. They said I could watch the recording later. This was not the point. I paid for a live show. If I wanted a recording, I could listen on Spotify. Very upset, will never use this streaming service again. Beware.
