    Impressive Responsiveness and Support from Victor

    Summary

    I have been using Matidor for a while now, and I have to commend the outstanding customer service and support I have received. One aspect that stands out is the responsiveness (even late at night and weekends!) of Victor. Anytime I run into an issue or have a request, Victor resolves it efficiently. Victor's technical expertise combined with his approachable attitude makes my experience using the software seamless and reassuring.

    Some Excel features that I hope one day gets translated to Matidor.

    First the sales team are responsive and actually listen to your needs before offering solutions that will solve your problems and streamline productivity. It is an intuitive software.

    Summary

    The program has become essential in our program tracking for micro and macro data for our client projects. I often recommend Matidor to others needing program tracking software related to environmental work.

    Positive

    I use Matidor extensively in my day to day updating and tracking, as well as for monthly and annual summaries. I'm able to find exactly what I need, and have ability to export the information our clients need, at a moments notice. Visually, the program is very user friendly, and we've had success in training our new hires, and even our clients when we have extended user access to them for their projects.

    Relatively speaking, the program is still a bit new so there are bugs to work out every now and then, but luckily their team always responds very quickly to in-program bug fix requests.

    Summary

    I think that Matidor has a lot of useful tools and functions that can be used - takes a bit of self-exploration and trial and error to see all the capabilities that Matidor has to offer. The ability to customize and build templates based on your companies needs is impressive. My company is starting to get more buy in with Matidor, i believe that when the team is clear on the systems capabilities and start to use it more, they will recognize that it will be a very helpful tool for internal and external uses!

    I like that all templates/forms/tasks/reports are customizable with various field options to choose from and organize based on your needs, it allows high visibility of projects across a map, it allows for various integrations to other systems, the system is pretty user friendly and intuitive when set up for your needs, the Matidor team is very responsive and helpful whenever there are questions/issues that arise

    Negative

    Cannot change pin colour to differentiate projects from proposals and BD opportunities, there can be issues with integrations pulling correct information from other systems, difficult to search specific photo files and see that specific file on the map, (only pulls up coordinates which can be difficult to navigate where the photo was taken on the map when there are multiple photo files on site), there are some fields in the data and reports customization that you cannot move around to visible columns
