The feature to add the class to calendar makes life easy. The web module makes it easy to work at home. The staff is responsive. Customer service is top-notch!
PositiveI like the MTP App. It is easy to register for class, sign up for auto-payment of dues, find skills, use the QR reader to check into meetings and dispatch. All without needing my laptop, INCOM has excellent customer service too and helps set up work from home.
NegativeMTP Conferences were a great place to network and also class is a place to touch base with people. Due to Covid-19 they are not happening now. I miss seeing everyone.

The MTP software has evolved over the years utilizing experience and technology to deliver a software application that provides the information we need to better service Members and Contractors needs. I would fully recommend this software to any Labor Union Local.
PositiveEase of Use, reporting capabilities and built in member and contractor communication capabilities using email and text through the program. Excellent technical support and bi-annual user group conferences give Incom a definite edge over previous software vendors. Software keeps all financial and document history readily available in an organized manner.

PositiveThis is the best program that I have seen to track Membership information and finances. I have looked at other available programs but this one is very user friendly and they have the best support staff that you could ask for. Very thorough for detailed reporting and the backup system is excellent. I have used it for over 13 years now and I love it!

PositiveThe ability to generate UDRs for a variety of purposes. The availability of support when needed. The dial out feature is great!
NegativeI find the mail merge feature to be difficult to use (admittedly I don't use it often so that may be part of the problem) and plan to go back to Word to do mail merges. Some reports cannot be modified to leave out blanks.

Great Program!
Date: Mar 11 2021SummaryOverall I think that the Member Tracking Program is excellent and very efficient, and I appreciate that when I call about a question or concern that they take time to listen to you and help you without being rushed or treated like you are bothering them. Everyone at Income is genuinely kind and helpful and after meeting everyone at the conferences, they honestly feel like family.
PositiveWhen you pull a member up in the system everything about them is right there on the members screen!
When I have a question and I call or email anyone at Income, I know I will get a response quickly, not days later.
When you go to a conference it is hands on and they show you new ways to be more efficient!NegativeI miss the conference! I hope that next year Covid is no longer a concern and we are able to get together again!

The only con about the system that I have is that I wish the Endorsed Candidates section was set up like the Contractor page so that more information could be put in for each Candidate. -

PositiveThe ease of use for someone who is not exactly tech. savvy. The system is very informational. When I am on the phone with a member it is easy to navigate & bring up information when needed.
NegativeHitting enter button in an open dispatch closes out the dispatch. Then when you go to open dispatch again it generates a new number.

NegativeSome of the questions when posting payments are "worded" odd. I think they are "old fashioned" accounting questions. For instance, if a member has a credit. MTP asks "Do you want to carry this credit forward? Most users do not understand what carry it forward means. A simpler question would be "Do you want to use this credit now?"

MTP has the Best Conferences and it’s easy to use!

The labor movement connection and the attention to issues like helping us text members for comments to fight IRAP and the 2020 election imports were services I’m sure no one else provides to customers. Such attention to detail is awesome! Conferences are amazing. MTP is easy to use too.! Great team!

PositiveThe whole program. I use MTP mostly for accepting dues payments , and Dispatching. It couldn't be any more user friendly. The design team really made it easy for the normal, not so computer savoy people like myself to use and navigate easily.

Date: Mar 08 2021SummaryAs the Business Manager of our Laborers Local I am completely satisfied with MTP and INCOM. The program allows you to protect the organization that you are running. I was able to produce phone records and phone calls that the program kept records of in a NLRB case that was eventually dismissed when a member brought hiring violations against my local.
PositiveLaborers Local 210 in Buffalo NY has used MTP for over 20 years. The program is very user friendly and well put together. It is exactly what we need as a Construction Trade Local with over a thousand active members. Anytime I have had a questions or I couldn’t figure out a certain task I was looking to preform, I would call INCOM- problem solved.
NegativeI have yet to find any negatives except maybe it does take some getting used to and I have yet to use all of its features.

Jon and his team have always been top notch professionals. I couldn't ask for a better performing product and team that stands behind it close enough to being 24-7.

Depending on computer screen resolution, it can mess with how the interface appears. Sometimes all the words can't be seen and sometimes some of the font is large on some headings but normal on other headings.
