    Summary

    If only the system worked. Good prices but it's not scalable. It's a headache trying to do anything.

    The pricing and production time is great. Variety of products is also good. Customer service is very good.

    Negative

    Almost nothing works. Every single feature has major flaws. This will cost you allot of tie and headache. It's totally unorganized, messy and full of problems. Not scalable at all.

    Summary

    Buyer be careful! Their business practices leave a lot to be desired. The sales reps assigned to you are like a swarm of bulk buyer vultures.

    Positive

    This company is quite deceptive with their costs and offers low end quality products. They have an army of reviewers that are 'compensated' for their reviews. Their API pulls all orders from my Etsy store, not just the ones from them. Huge privacy risk for your customers. BUYERS BEWARE!

    Awkward and antiquated design interface with only a small portion of products able to be designed through it.
