    Poor at the least when I am getting overcharged and can not speak to a person on this! Poor customer service!

    MetroFax does not support telephone calls when you have a billing problem. I have been getting overcharged for 6 months ...they are charging my credit card for the monthly rate 2 times a month. It is not showing on my MetroFax account so where is the extra $9.95 a month going?!?!?!?!? I am waiting on answers from the online emails but the #888 number gives you the wrong emails addresses as well!!!!
