The Yammer social network is one of the most important things in our work area, due to the great effectiveness in the communication of both parts of our company. Microsoft Yammer serves as the primary social network for instantly sharing ideas, opinions, generating comments, and creating posts. What I like the most about Microsoft Yammer is the great notification system that it offers to all its users, a notification system that constantly sends notifications on the mobile phone associated with the Yammer account, and also sends notifications on the computer. Notifications are sent when new posts are created, when there are mentions and when a new general discussion is opened.

The only negative feature that has been noticed during my experience with this platform is the search system that Microsoft Yammer offers me. The search system is not satisfactory at all to search for words that have been written many times within the communication network. Sometimes I have looked for words that have been written many times in our social network, and I have not found all of the results, since there are many results, Yammer only shows the most important or the most outstanding, and hides the other results. I would like the search system to be more accurate, and show all the results, it would be a much better functionality for users.

Yammer is a great tool to keep employees connected socially within an enterprise. Even though the UI feels outdated it is an effective communication tool and helps create a casual, yet professional environment.

Overall Yammer is the best platform for sharing the communication within the staff and can use audio, videos, documents. User can mark the important persons to mail personally. It's a social platform and helps in binding of the staff members with the senior staff and helps in understanding what is going on at organization level.

For updating the ongoing events, announcements etc in an organization Yammer is very useful. User can share the updates at single platform and can be easily viewed by the staff members. It's a social platform working on user internet domain.

The application on Android does not showing the notifications on standby mode. User has to open the app and after refresh only the data will sync. On PC it is working well.

Yammer is the perfect social media network for a corporation. It provides security, privacy as well as doesn't compromise on any features.

Yammer is probably the only dedicated social media app which doesn't cut any corners and is a full fledged experience. It rivals public social networks in most of the features. It also offers good integration with Outlook, SharePoint and other 365 apps. Recently it has got a complete redesign which makes it even better experience.

The user experience especially the interface was getting stale but recent redesign has made it a lot better.
